The City of El Lago encourages and supports an active and involved lifestyle for its senior population. We offer several different types of activities for seniors.

yoga class

Strength, Balance & Flexibility

No Classes until further notice: The City of El Lago is saddened to see Tasha leave, but wishes her well in her future endeavors.

Monday and Wednesday from 10:30am – 11:30am in the El Lago event room.

This total body workout will use light weights (provided) to work each of your muscle groups.  We will focus on strengthening the core, improving overall balance, posture, strength, and mobility.  This class is designed for EVERY fitness level and every age (not only seniors)!  Exercises can be performed standing or in a chair if needed.  Classes are free to all residents. Bring a mat or towel and water.
