You can purchase a membership for the pool season by completing the membership form and bringing it to City Hall or it can be given to the lifeguards during pool hours. If you have any questions, please contact City Hall by calling 281-326-1951, ext. 110.

To arrange and schedule a pool party, please download and fill out the Pool Party Agreement Form (below), and drop it off at City Hall with the appropriate fee payment. For additional information, please contact City Hall at 281-326-1951, ext. 110.

City of El Lago Pool Rules

In Effect Within the Fenced Pool Enclosure

  • All attendees must be members or guests; all must sign in and pay appropriate fees
  • All swimmers must show respect and promptly comply with lifeguard instructions
  • All swimmers must wear appropriate swim attire in the pool – street clothes not permitted
  • Children who are not toilet trained must wear a swim diaper
  • Children under 8 must be accompanied and supervised by an adult
  • Children 8 and older must pass a lifeguard issued swim test if unsupervised by an adult
  • Anyone with a contagious disease, open sores/wounds, a fever over 99 or any infectious condition must not enter the water or restrooms
  • All trash must be disposed of in the provided trash receptacles
  • NO glass or porcelain containers
  • NO excessively loud music or noise
  • NO running, pushing, or other horseplay
  • NO bicycles, scooters, roller blades, skateboards or roller skates
  • NO pets of any kind
  • NO derogatory, disrespectful, profane or prejudicial language will be tolerated
  • NO underage drinking will be tolerated. Adults who are drinking excessively and/or are intoxicated will be evicted from the pool enclosure
  • NO drugs, guns, knives or weapons of any kind are allowed
  • NO SMOKING
  • Lifeguards, manager and city personnel have the authority to take necessary action to enforce all rules, up to and including removal of individuals from the premises, loss of pool privileges for a specified period of time or referral of individuals to the appropriate law enforcement agency.
