Armstrong park
Location: Near 98 Lakeshore Dr., El Lago, TX 77586
Hours: 5 a.m. to 10 p.m.
Armstrong Park is named after former El Lago resident Neil A. Armstrong, National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) Astronaut and the 1st man to walk on the moon. It is the newest member of the El Lago Park System and is located immediately east of the Lakeview Police Station.
The pathway traversing the park is named after long time El Lago City Secretary Jean Raffetto. A bench was recently added in memory of former Councilman Paul R. Raffetto. There are plans to add more benches and a picnicking area in the near future

McNair Memorial Park & Pavilion
Location: 418 Lakeshore Dr., El Lago, TX 77586
Hours: 5 a.m. to 10 p.m.
This park has large-scale play equipment, covered picnicking areas, baseball fields, a newly constructed all-purpose pavilion, restroom facilities and additional park amenities.
For rental or related usage of the Park’s pavilion, please fill out and return the Pavilion Rental Agreement Form to El Lago City Hall.

McNair Baseball Field

Witty Memorial Park
Location: 440 Block of Hickory Ridge Drive, El Lago, TX 77586
Hours: Hours: 5 a.m. to 10 p.m.
Witty Memorial Park, named after former El Lago Mayor Robert D. Witty, is located in the 440 block of Hickory Ridge Drive next to the Water Control and Improvement District (WCID) No. 50 Office.
It is outfitted with playground equipment for the youngest El Lago-ans. A bench was recently added in memory of former Mayor Elizabeth Lenoir.
