• To report a complaint or problem, download the Citizen Comment Form (PDF) or submit your Citizen Comment Form online.
• Email completed form to city hall at cityclerk@ellago-tx.gov or bring into city hall.
• For code violation complaints, go to https://ellago.portal.iworq.net/portalhome/ellago, scroll down to “Code Violation Complaints” and select “Click Here” to fill out form.
